Biography

Paulette J. Miller is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) working with individual, group, and business clients for over seven years. Her company, Pivotal Communications & Coaching, specializes in helping companies and individuals identify their core values and illuminate their personal and professional visions, leading to actions with measurable results. Her structured and timely process allows clients to clarify personal visions that are congruent with professional missions, empowering them to maximize their highest potential.

Paulette earned a BA degree from the University of Washington. She continued her education at the Academy for Coach Training (ACT), where she earned her Certified Professional Coach status. She uses a variety of coaching tools, including Voice Dialogue, Visioning, Creating Powerful Intentions and Vocabulary Awareness. Paulette is a certified Dream Coach® Leader and Group Dream Coach® Leader. She is an experienced, highly respected group facilitator and public speaker and as a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Paulette adheres to a strict code of ethics.

Paulette's previous work experiences include real estate sales and development, marketing, image consulting and interior design. She has served in leadership capacities in a wide variety of community organization for many years. Her contributions include Board of Directors positions for the Junior League, Seattle Symphony and The Special Olympics. Paulette was a founding member of Mothers Against Violence in America and continued to serve on the board for many years.

A prominent group of executives selected Paulette to work with them for one year, assisting in creating personal and organizational shifts, as well as enhancing their career paths.
